District Doctor is an Indian digital healthcare technology platform that acts as a bridge between patients, doctors, and medical chambers. We provide tools for:
- Patients to discover and book appointments with verified doctors
- Doctors and chambers to manage appointments digitally
- Partners, Merchants, and Agents to earn through our referral ecosystem
We are a technology intermediary, not a healthcare provider.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform independently
- By accessing our platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
- Doctors and chambers must be duly licensed under Indian law
- District Doctor helps you discover and book appointments — it does not guarantee any medical outcome
- All medical decisions are made exclusively by your chosen doctor
- You are responsible for providing accurate health information during booking
- Appointment slots are subject to availability and confirmation by the chamber or doctor
- Doctors must hold a valid registration from a recognized medical council in India
- All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are the sole responsibility of the doctor
- District Doctor is not liable for any patient outcomes or malpractice claims
- Doctors consent to having their information (name, specialty, fee) publicly listed on the platform
- Chambers are responsible for the doctors they onboard and their conduct
- Patient data must be handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
- Chambers agree to accurate fee listings and appointment slot management
- Offline payments or disputes are outside the scope of District Doctor's responsibility
- Commissions are earned based on verified referral activity
- Misuse or fraudulent registrations will result in account suspension
- Commission structures are subject to change with prior notice
- Partners must not misrepresent District Doctor's services to prospects
- We collect only necessary data to operate the platform
- Patient health data is not sold to third parties
- Industry-standard encryption and security measures are used

District Doctor and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
